Returns & refunds

Returns
Due to the nature of our products (consumable goods), we can only accept returns under certain conditions:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
We cannot accept returns on opened, partially consumed, or damaged products unless the issue was caused by our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
